Hi! I’d there beach access close to this home?

Hi yes is just few steps from the beach less than a block.

What about beach chairs, towels umbrellas?

Inside the property you will have beach chairs, towels and two little palapas as umbrellas. Two blocks from the house is our sister hotel Spirit where you can enjoy the beach day and have beach chairs.

Hi! Is there beach access and chairs for our group? Also we have 9 people in our group. There is not an option for 9, only 10. Do we choose that?

Hi the beach is few steps from the house we don´t have beach chairs to take out of the house. In the house you have sun bed around the pool area. Is a beach club of Spririt Hotel that you can use too just 2 blocks away. And 9 or 10 pp is same $

Exceptional
Very nice place. All porcelain tile floors. I birve the showers and kitcgen ciunters were travertine. Lots of room, closet space. Very big place. Safe area. Club next door a little loud, but it was doable. Nice fence surrounding property that locks. Clean pool, nice lounge chairs, eating area outside. Could use another couch or more seating in living area. There is a living area upstairs too. AC in all bedrooms worked great. Wifi and TVs great. Full bathrooms in all 3 bedrooms and a half bath under stairs. Stairs a little tricky for me at 66 but didn't fall. Would be a great place for a family reunion. You could sleep a lot more if u had skeeping bags or blowup mattresses. Rent a golf cart when u get off the ferry.. It was worth it to us. We saw more of the island that way. We're from Florida so if we had it to do over we probably would not go to Holbox since beaches are no big deal to us. But it is a great place. Food fantastic there. Great fish. Great vegan. Roads all clay and can get splashed with dirty grey clay water when riding in golf carts. Little grocery store and resturant a block away. Lots of restaurants not too far walking on beach. Good kitchen. Beds very comfortable. Lots of light. Can open windows, screens on windows, and front door. Nice refrigerator. Kept up well. Grounds very nice. Plenty of towels. Gave us at least ten beach towels. Large dinning room table and a table for 4 upstairs and a picnic type table on outside covered patio. Two couches up and down that are like futons.
Beaches are boring to us but we're from Florida. Club nextdoor loud. Too many tourists. It was quieter and more upscale on opposite end of island.

Cute little place to get away.
Located just 1/2 a block to the beach and Choby’s bar this house was clean and big enough for our family of 9. It’s a 10 minute bike ride from Punta Coco and 5 minute bike ride from town. The pool and yard are pristine and the staff very helpful! The table was set beautifully when we got there.
